Who we are. Beijing Mingzhi Weilai Technology Co., Ltd. (北京铭智未来科技有限公司) is a company registered in Beijing, China, that develops and publishes mobile games. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. You can reach us at admin@mingzhiweilai.cn.
1. Scope
This policy explains what information is collected when you play our games or visit this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It covers all games published by us on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and this website.
2. Information we collect
We try to keep collection to what is needed to run and improve the games.
- Game progress and settings. Level progress, in-game currency balances, unlocked content and preferences. On most devices this is stored locally; where the game offers cloud save, it is linked to your store account.
- Purchase records. If you buy something inside a game, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred and what product was bought. We never receive your card number or full billing details.
- Device and technical data. Device model, operating system version, language, app version, and diagnostic data such as crash reports. These are used to keep the game stable and compatible.
- Gameplay analytics. Aggregated, event-level data such as level starts, level completions and session length. This tells us where players get stuck or stop playing.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and follow up.
We do not ask for your name, postal address, or precise location in order to play our games.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks in our games.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see section 7).
4. How we use information
- To operate the games and deliver the content and features you use.
- To verify and restore purchases, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance.
- To understand how levels and features perform, so we can balance and improve them.
- To answer support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Sharing
We share information only in these situations:
- App stores. Apple and Google process purchases and distribute the games under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers. Hosting, analytics and crash-reporting providers that process data on our instructions and under contract.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
- Business transfer. If the company or its assets are transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Retention
Gameplay and diagnostic data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and are deleted or aggregated when no longer required. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records may be retained longer where tax or accounting rules require it.
7. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email admin@mingzhiweilai.cn and describe what you need. We aim to respond within 30 days.
You can also limit data collection through your device settings, for example by resetting or limiting your advertising identifier, or by disabling analytics sharing at the operating-system level where available.
9. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the game or by email.
